Having heard about the advantages ListingBook offers to agents, sellers and buyers from talking to agents in other cities, we were very excited last month when we heard our own Northeast Florida MLS (NEFMLS) was partnering with them.
Prior to this weeks official "ListingBook Liftoff" the product was available online for agents. We jumped on the opportunity and started "testing the waters" with a few sellers, buyers, and prospects. Everyone has embraced the concept/product with enthusiasm so far.
One of our Investor Clients who lives in Atlanta, GA and buys and sells property through us in Jacksonville has been using our IDXPro system for over a year to track listings that he has his eye on for possible purchases. When I told him that our NEW system, ListingBook, would send him reports EVERY MORNING letting him know of price changes, new listings, competition, etc he agreed to check it out.
Check it out he did! Within a couple of hours of logging into his account he had transfered all his "watched properties" to ListingBook and set up new search folders. When he got his first morning report he was ECSTATIC to see all the info he wanted and needed right there in his email inbox.
Furthermore, he saw that 2 agents had looked at his current listing and I saw that one of them had chosen that listing as an "Agent's Pick" for one of their buyers. Yep... that made his day!
If you are an agent in Northeast Florida and haven't logged into our ListingBook account yet, we encourage you to do so IMMEDIATELY. Also, make time in your schedule to attend one of the ListingBook LiftOff sessions being offered at various times and locations throughout the area over the next couple of weeks. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Tim and Susan - you are so right! This is a fabulous new tool. Almost makes up for having to use FlexMLS! (I'm spoiled having used MLxchange which is Orlando and half the state's MLS).
